5 Reasons to Choose a PDO Threadlift Over a Facelift

Individuals who use cosmetic treatments and procedures feel very grateful for the advances that have taken place in science and technology over the years. In the past, if a person wanted to improve their appearance, they had very few options. Nowadays, there are many great options that can help individuals to slow down the aging process and improve their appearance. We invite you to consider some of the many reasons to choose a PDO threadlift over a facelift.

One of the reasons why it might be a good idea for you to choose a PDO threadlift over a facelift is because you may not necessarily be ready for a facelift. While each individual ages at their own pace and there are a variety of different factors that will contribute to how quickly they are aging, there are some people who can put off a facelift for quite a bit of time by using the threadlift treatment. It may be used as a stepping stone to eventually get you there.

Another reason to choose a PDO threadlift is because you do not qualify for a facelift. Perhaps you have a health problem that does not allow your body to heal as well as it would need to in order to have a facelift performed. Of course, you will still need to go through a consultation, but since this is not as invasive as a facelift, more people qualify for it.

If you do not have the time to dedicate to recovering from a facelift, the threadlift may be a much better option for you. While some individuals are able to get back out in public after about a week from the time their facelift was performed, especially if it was a mini facelift, not everyone can dedicate a week or more to recovery time. You do not have to worry about this amount of recovery time with a PDO threadlift.

If you are worried about the scars that would come with the facelift, using anesthesia, or the possibility of potential excess bleeding, a PDO threadlift may be a much better option for you right now. Surgery has a lot of risks that come along with it.

A fifth reason to choose a PDO threadlift over a facelift is because you are likely to get almost as good results. Of course, the facelift will physically remove excess skin and will allow the surgeon to tighten loose muscles and do other things. But many who have had the threadlift have commented on the fact that their results are so amazing that they feel like it was the better option as opposed to a facelift.

Our team at Advanced Aesthetics in Las Vegas would be happy to discuss more reasons why you can benefit from a PDO threadlift. Contact us today to schedule a consultation!
