At Advanced Aesthetics, Dr. Dulce Novakovic believes lasting beauty is built on a foundation of optimal health. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, long-lasting results through personalized, evidence-based care that enhances both wellness and confidence.
With more than 15 years of nursing and advanced practice experience, Dulce has devoted her career to helping patients live healthier, longer, and more confident lives. Her background in oncology, palliative care, home health, wellness, and aesthetic medicine provides a unique foundation for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on optimizing health from the cellular level outward—supporting vitality, graceful aging, and natural beauty.
Committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence, Dulce earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. To further strengthen her leadership expertise, she completed a Certificate in Organizational Leadership through Harvard University. As a published author, she is passionate about advancing healthcare through education, innovation, evidence-based practice, and transformational leadership—bringing the latest knowledge and research into personalized patient care.
Her clinical interests include Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, aesthetic injectables, and wellness therapies. She is passionate about restoring hormonal balance, optimizing metabolism and cellular health, and enhancing each patient’s natural beauty through individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and lifestyle.
Outside of her practice, Dulce enjoys traveling with her husband, especially to the beach, and is an accomplished Taekwondo athlete who has earned multiple awards through years of dedication and discipline. She is deeply committed to the American-Filipino community, promoting arts and cultural heritage having served as President of Kalahi Philippine Folkloric Ensemble and currently as Secretary of the Filipino-American Advanced Practice Registered Nurses Association (FAPRNA) of Nevada, where she promotes diverse culture, arts and Filipino heritage and nurse practitioner advancement through innovative medical practice.
