Welcome to the Advanced Aesthetics skincare community! In order to help you get the most out of your membership to our personalized skincare program, here’s a simple breakdown of some of the most commonly asked questions about payment, benefits, exclusive discounts and more.

Flexible Scheduling for Optimal Results

01 • Can I book more than one treatment per month?

You sure can! As long as your treatment plan allows for additional sessions, you can book each extra appointment at membership pricing ($99 plus any applicable upgrade fees).

02 • How do I book my appointments?

Simply call or text any of our locations directly and set up your appointments as you normally would. We strongly recommend scheduling your next month’s appointment as you check out to secure your preferred time and provider.

03 • Can I cancel or reschedule appointments?

Absolutely. We require at least 12 hours of notice prior to canceling or rescheduling your appointment. When given the proper notice, we will roll your treatment over to the following month so you don’t miss out on a session.

Understanding Your Benefits Package

What treatments am I eligible to receive? Your membership includes access to our extensive treatment menu, featuring many options that require no upgrade fee. For full details on eligible treatments and what they entail, pick up a membership brochure (English and Spanish available) at any location.

What discounts do I receive as a member?

$15 off every neurotoxin treatment (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin)
10% off all laser hair removal treatments
15% off regularly priced skincare products

How do referral rewards work? You will earn a $25 credit for each friend you refer to the membership program. It’s our way of saying thank you for sharing the Advanced Aesthetics experience.

Book Your Consultation

What happens after my six-month commitment?

Your membership will not auto-renew at the end of this term, so the choice is yours. You can choose to sign a contract extension and resume your membership, or you can let it end and continue with your treatment plan at non-member pricing.

Can my friends and family use this membership?

Your membership is non-transferable and for your personal use only. Any friends or family interested in the program would need to be referred as new members.

Can I pause my membership?

While we don’t officially offer membership holds, we are happy to work with you if you need to take an extended break after your initial six-month commitment. In this case, we would most likely cancel your membership and resume it whenever you like.

Payment and Billing Information

01 • When will my payments be processed?

The first payment is due when you sign up, and then all monthly payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

02 • What happens if my payment is late?

Our grace period lasts until the 10th of each month, after which a $10 late fee applies. If you have any payment issues, we encourage you to let us know as early as possible, and we will work with you to find a solution.

03 • What if I don’t complete my six-month commitment?

If you cancel your membership or stop showing up for appointments, you will be charged full price for the treatments you already received.

04 • Can I pay for multiple months in advance?

Yes! We offer prepaid packages of six or twelve treatments at the same monthly rate. This option provides added convenience and locks in your current pricing.

Treatment Preparation and Expectations

Book Your Consultation

Do any eligible treatments require consultation?

Yes, some of the more advanced treatments included in the program, including FotoFacials and Morpheus8, require consultations before booking. This allows us to assess your skin and create a tailored, effective treatment plan.

Do any of the treatments require preparation?

Some of the eligible treatments may require topical numbing cream, which is included at no extra charge. Your aesthetician will inform you of any preparation requirements ahead of time so you can confidently navigate the treatment process.

Is laser hair removal part of my membership?

While laser hair removal procedures aren’t included in the monthly treatment selection, you are eligible to receive a 10% member discount on all of our laser hair removal services.
