Recognizable to many, Laura’s tenure with our team dates back to 2012, where she began in a multifaceted role supporting both patient care and clinical operations. During this time, she worked closely alongside the owner, Mary Sullivan Force, and Jeff Nguyen, whose mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping her foundation in aesthetics and clinical care. Under their guidance, Laura developed a strong understanding of the industry and gained invaluable hands-on knowledge that continues to influence her practice today.
In 2019, she pursued her passion for healthcare by enrolling in nursing school at CSN. Following graduation, she gained valuable experience in labor and delivery, where her dedication to women’s health and well-being became evident.
It was during this time that Laura discovered her passion for aesthetics and the confidence it can bring to patients. Since returning to the aesthetics field, Laura plays a key leadership role managing and mentoring our team of injectors, ensuring a high standard of care and consistency in patient outcomes.
Laura is also actively involved in advanced training initiatives, including participation in cadaver courses through Advanced Aesthetics, further strengthening her anatomical expertise and commitment to safe, effective treatments. Her approach combines clinical knowledge, artistry, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident and empowered.
